Correctly deal with the leakage of gas pipeline
gas is a mixture of various combustible gases. Its main components are oxygen, carbon monoxide and light hydrocarbons. When there are bottlenecks with the key strategic material technology, it will explode and catch fire when it meets the fire source when it mixes with air "to a certain proportion. In recent years, due to improper treatment of pipeline gas leakage in many areas of China, fire and explosion accidents have occurred from time to time, causing casualties and property losses
then, once people find the pipeline gas leakage, how should they deal with it? First of all, call 119 immediately to call the fire alarm, maintain the order on the scene, and eliminate all sources of fire. After entering the site, the fire department should immediately draw a warning line to prevent non rescue personnel from entering the site. At the same time, the rescue headquarters shall be immediately formed to formulate and implement the rescue plan as soon as possible
it is difficult to put out the fire of gas leakage accident, and the gas supply department shall not resume gas supply to the gas facilities until the cause of the accident is identified. In the rescue process, for the gas pipeline with a diameter of less than 100mm, the method of closing the gas valve can be directly used to extinguish the fire. However, when the facilities using gas are on fire, it is necessary to inject steam or hang or remove thallium on the swing rod and adjust the buffer valve handle with nitrogen to extinguish the fire under the condition that the pressure in the facilities is not less than 100 Pa. it is strictly forbidden to suddenly close the valve on the pipeline to prevent backfire
rescue personnel entering gas leakage and fire hazard areas must wear oxygen respirators, and cannot use masks or other bottles that are not suitable for preventing carbon monoxide poisoning. During the rescue process, if the personnel have dizziness, vomiting and other poisoning symptoms, they should be sent to the nearby hospital for rescue in time. If a person foams at the mouth, loses consciousness, and stops breathing, he/she should leave the scene and immediately take artificial respiration. After regaining consciousness, he/she should be sent to the hyperbaric oxygen chamber for treatment
