1. From the nature of the ink, magenta ink and black ink should be thickened, followed by green ink, yellow ink, light red, light blue and so on

From the distribution of graphics and text in the layout, when printing a large-area field version, the ink should be thinner, so that the field version can be printed smoothly and not easy to be roughened; However, when printing line version, the ink is required to be thicker to prevent point deformation, expansion and paste

3. From the perspective of climate, when the temperature is high, the fluidity of the ink increases. Therefore, in order to properly control the fluidity of the ink, it should be thickened; When the temperature is low, the fluidity of the ink decreases, so it should be thinner; When the climate is dry, the ink should also be thinned appropriately

4. From the perspective of the running speed of the machine, it is well known that the machine speed is fast, and the ink roller will generate heat when it runs fast, and the fluidity of the ink will increase, so the ink should be thickened; On the contrary, the machine speed is slow, and the heat generated by the ink roller during operation is relatively low, so the ink should be thinned appropriately
